Terms of Service
These terms apply to snaxgames.com and the browser games published on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Snax Games is operated by Gamejam Technologies.
Using the site
Everything on Snax Games is free to play in your browser. You do not need an account, and we do not charge for access to any game. We ask that you use the site in good faith.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers.
- Do not use automated tools, scripts or modified clients to manipulate scores, leaderboards or advertising.
- Do not copy, rehost, reverse engineer or redistribute our games without written permission.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content through our forms.
We may restrict access to the site if it is being used in a way that harms other players, our partners, or the service itself.
Who owns the games
Every game published on Snax Games is an original title created by us. The games, their source code, artwork, audio, the Snax name and the site design are our intellectual property or that of our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You are welcome to link to our pages and share them. You may not embed our games on another site, republish them under a different name, or present them as your own work. If you would like to license or feature a game, contact partners@snaxgames.com.
Scores and saved progress
Scores, preferences and any display name you set are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data, switching device or using private browsing will lose them. We cannot recover progress that was only ever stored on your device.
Advertising
The site is supported by advertising, which is what keeps every game free. Ads are served by third parties, including Google, and we do not control or endorse the products advertised. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not operate, such as our social accounts and app store listings. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and their own terms apply once you leave ours.
Availability
We publish new games regularly and occasionally retire old ones. We do not guarantee that the site or any particular game will always be available, work on every device or browser, or remain published indefinitely. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost progress or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
